Asylum Volume 2 / Body Beast Hybrid: Day 5 - Pure Contact + Build Shoulders



Today I combined Asylum Volume 2's "Pure Contact" and Body Beast's "Build Shoulders". I really enjoyed Pure Contact as a warm-up to the weight lifting. I felt strong.
