WEEK 1:

1 - PAP UPPER
2 - BUILD LEGS
3 - V SCULPT
4 - BEAST CARDIO & ABS
5 - BUILD CHEST/TRIS
6 - BASE & BACK
7 - REST OR STRETCH

WEEK 2:

1 - CHEST + BACK + BALANCE
2 - BULK LEGS
3 - BUILD SHOULDERS & ABS
4 - PLYOCIDE
5 - BUILD BACK/BIS
6 - BEAST CARDIO & ABS
7 - REST OR STRETCH

WEEK 3: 

1 - CHEST + SHOULDERS + TRIS & ABS
2 - BUILD LEGS
3 - V SCULPT
4 - BEAST CARDIO & ABS
5 - BULK CHEST
6 - BASE & BACK
7 - REST OR STRETCH

WEEK 4:

1 - PAP UPPER
2 - BULK LEGS & ABS
3 - BUILD BACK/BIS
4 - PLYOCIDE
5 - BUILD CHEST/TRIS & ABS
6 - BASE & BACK
7 - REST OR STRETCH

I'll be starting this 30 day Beast/X2 hybrid schedule this coming Friday, September 21. I'll be utilizing this schedule to prepare me for Insanity's The Asylum Volume 2 (release date sometime in late October). What you do not see on this schedule: I host two fit clubs during the week. We typically do a workout from either Insanity or The Asylum Vol.1. As a result, I'll be getting in two additional cardio workouts each week.

  1. Any suggestions on what to substitute for the Vsculpt I don't have access to that workout??

  2. You could double up Bulk Back and Bulk arms or do P90X Back and biceps if you have that.
