It's time to catch up after a long Labor Day weekend! Allow me to bring you up to speed...
I took a break from blogging and posting videos over the holiday weekend, but that doesn't mean that I took a break from my workouts. Last Friday, I elected to start the Beast Phase over again. I decided to utilize the Build workouts instead of the Tempo programs. The Build series, in my humble opinion, are much more difficult and challenging for me more than the Tempo workouts.
So, I started day 1 again last Friday with Build Chest/Tris. Saturday I did Bulk Legs and Sunday I did Build Back/Bis . Monday, I had Beast Cardio & Abs. Wow! The Build workouts are killer programs. I forgot how hard they are. Today is Tuesday and my arms are still sore from Sunday's bicep work! I'm very glad that I started the Beast Phase over again by incorporating the Build programs. I honestly feel that my results will be much greater by utilizing them during this last phase, rather than the Tempo set. The cool thing is that although I haven't done any of the Build workouts in 6 weeks, my weights went up in almost all exercises. This was due to my strength and size gains from the Bulk Phase. The program works, if you work the program!
