Body Beast "Build Chest/Tris" is a freight train that will run you down!
After doing the Tempo workouts last week, I decided to start the Beast Phase over today with the Build series instead. I feel that the Build workouts push me much harder than the tempo set. I want max results from this program! Day 1 and I hit this workout hard. It's been about six weeks since I've done it. I forgot how hard it will work you!
