BODY BEAST DAY 41: "BULK BACK"

This was my best back workout to date. I went up significantly in weight in all exercises. Murphy's Law was alive and well though... only captured the force set increase with my flip cam. Oh well! You'll see it next week.

My goal today was to hit the 45s for the entire duration of the force set, all ten of my pull-up reps on all three sets and hit the 75s on the last set of eight dead lifts. Mission accomplished!
