BODY BEAST "BUILD" PHASE RESULTS!!!
I've completed the first 21 day block of the Body Beast Program, the "Build" Phase. So far, I've gained 4lbs of lean mass. I have also increased my weights (using dumbbells) by 5 - 15 lbs. for the respective exercises.
Today, it was time once again for Body Beast Cardio. Metabolic conditioning, body composition changing, fat burning at it's best!

Tomorrow, I'll start the 5 week "Bulk" Phase! Let's go!
