Today was a cardio day. I did "Game Day" from Insanity's The Asylum. This workout never gets any easier, but it's always a ton of fun. I highly recommend that you try the push-up modifications during the 'mountain climbing' sequence towards the end of this workout. In my opinion, they are just as hard as the 'climber' pull-ups. I like to alternate between the standard movement and the modification demonstrated, which provides for more muscle confusion. It keeps the workout interesting and always challenging!
