DAY 29 P90X HYBRID - CHEST, SHOULDERS AND TRICEPS PLUS AB RIPPER X2!

After rebooting my body yesterday with X2 Yoga, I was ready to dig deep and push hard.

Day 29: I did P90X2 "Chest, Shoulders and Triceps" plus "Ab Ripper X2".



My goal today was max reps with solid form. I wanted to reach the point of complete muscle failure and fatigue by the end of this workout.
