Today was a post activation potentiation kind of day. I did "PAP Upper" from P90X2. This workout remains seriously challenging for me, but always leaves me feeling like a million bucks! I stuck with the 30lb dumbbells for the duration of the workout. They became very heavy by the time I hit the last set of hammer curl presses.
