I have been eating the same meals that Cynthia prepares. Although, I do add in more protein to support my workout regimen, I too have been sleeping like a baby and have put on more lean muscle while reducing my body fat percentage. My energy level has improved and my skin feels more pliable for lack a a better word. I just flat out feel good. I know that I've mentioned before how incredibly satisfying the food is, but seriously, it is delicious. Cynthia and I find ourselves craving these meals. The flavors and freshness of the meals are better than anything that you could ever imagine. We will be incorporating many of them into our lifestyle after she finishes the cleanse.
