Today was a chest and back day on my classic P90X hybrid schedule. I joined forces with Todd Midgett and we did "Thirty/Fifteen" from Tony Horton's One on One Vol. 1 series.

My goal was to improve on the 'lever' pull-ups. I'm getting a little better, but still have a long ways to go. I did however, push it to my max... We're talking complete pumped, lactic-acid-burning, muscle failure. This is no doubt Tony Horton's most challenging strength routine in my opinion. I'm going to be very, very sore when I wake up tomorrow morning... and I love it! I wouldn't want anything less.
