Time for plyo again! I felt pretty good today despite the fact that I was very sore from doing 'Thirty/Fifteen' last night with Todd Midgett. Thankfully, my legs felt strong. I did opt out of adding in push-up's on the 'frog-burpees'. My chest was fried from yesterday. I went for max reps instead.
