Base and Back is a very challenging workout. It is all plyometrics and pull-ups. The exercises are performed back to back with little to no rest!
Today I had the realization that I have been focusing entirely too much on my rep count. By doing so, I have sacrificed form (especially in the second round when I am very tired). Today I bypassed my ego and focused hard on keeping my form strict while exploding at 100% effort for all of the plyo exercises. I busted through my personal plateau and had the best Base and Back work out to date!
