Day 4 of my P90X hybrid schedule and I felt like doing a little bit more than yoga. I did X2 Core, which incorporates yoga and pilates type movements with the addition of some cardio endurance exercises. This makes for a great workout that provides an excellent stretch, myofascial release and core-cardio conditioning. I felt incredible afterwards!
