It was a cardio day on my calendar. I decided to do The Asylum's "Speed & Agility".
Being completely honest with you, I bonked hard. This was really tough for me today. I felt lethargic going into this workout and flat out hit the wall. It's time for a recovery day for sure. I need to fuel my body properly and get a good night's sleep. I'm looking forward to stretching, rumble rolling and giving my body the break that it's screaming for.
