Day - 19: Today was a legs and back day. I joined Todd Midgett for Vol. 3 - One on One, "Base and Back". We did this workout together about 6 weeks ago and it really worked me hard. Knowing what to expect this time around I really pushed myself and gave it my all. Not to mention that a little friendly competition with Todd is always great motivation.
Tip: Find a workout partner that will help push you out of your comfort zone. Tony Horton's One on One workouts are serious business. They are advanced workouts to help bust through any plateau that you may be experiencing.
