DAY 16 & 17 HYBRID: NO EXCUSES! VACATION HOTEL ROOM WORKOUT - Shaun T. Style!

Who says you can't get your workout in while on vacation or traveling? That's just an excuse! Cynthia has been working out in hotel rooms for the past 4 years due to her job requirements. Cyn and I are vacationing in Asheville this Memorial Day weekend and we brought our fitness with us.


Day 16: It was a plyometric's day on my P90X hybrid schedule and we did Shaun T.'s "Vertical Plyo" from The Asylum. We got in an incredible workout first thing in the morning and then headed out to enjoy the beautiful mountains of NC!

Day 17: We got a great sweat and full body conditioning workout in with Insanity's "Max Cardio Condtioning". Time to play in the NC mountains again!
