SIGNS OF OVERTRAINING - I BONKED DURING PLYOCIDE TODAY!

Today I did "Plyocide" from P90X2. Normally, I can really push myself during this workout. Instead, I struggled, hit a wall and bonked hard. I could tell that I'm on the verge of overtraining. I fully recognized that it's time to reboot and enjoy a recovery period.

Signs & Symptoms of Overtraining:
-Washed-out feeling, tired, drained and lacking energy
-Mild leg soreness, general aches and pains
-Pain in muscles and joints
-Sudden drop in performance
-Insomnia
-Headaches
-Increased frequency of colds and sore throats
-Decrease in training capacity/intensity
-Moodiness and irritability
-Loss of enthusiasm for your sport
-Decreased appetite
-Increased incidence of injury

Be aware of any and all of these signs and symptoms. Listen to your body and enjoy a recovery period as needed.
