STRENGTH WEEK - DAY 32 HYBRID
Last week my hybrid schedule focused on athletic endurance and performance. This week I am focusing on strength. Today I did what has got to be Tony Horton's most unforgiving chest and back routine - "Thirty/Fifteen" from his One on One series, Vol. 1. This workout destroys your chest and back (in a good way). I'm always sore for 4-5 days after this one.
