DAY 34 HYBRID - OLD SCHOOL P90X SHOULDERS AND ARMS
I completely 'bonked' yesterday! I knew that I needed to reboot. So... I ate well, rumble rolled, stretched and got a good night's sleep. I woke up this morning feeling refreshed and ready to go. I elected to stay on schedule with my hybrid. I did P90X "Shoulders and Arms", plus "Ab Ripper" from P90X2. This workout was perfect today. No cardio, no jumping, no impact... just solid weight lifting and core work.
