Today, I did "PAP Upper". This is, in my opinion, the hardest workout from P90X2. If you push yourself, PAP Upper will push you to complete failure. This is an outstanding workout! My upper body is 100% worked and this routine moves at such a fast pace that I feel as if I had a complete 50 minute cardio endurance session.

After finishing, I came inside to find Cynthia making some magic in the kitchen with another delicious Shakeology recipe. Here's a note from Cyn:
"Per my usual, I explored with fun Shakeology recipes over the weekend. I am a dessert bread/muffin junkie, so I may have just invented an extremely tasty Chocolate Shakeology Power mini-muff indeed! No extra high caloric anything... Taking them on the road with me this week, so extra bonus during all my travel. Anyone interested in the recipe, let me know!"
