DAY 24 HYBRID - SPEED AND AGILITY



Well, I certainly got my cardio in today! I did Speed and Agility from Shaun T.'s The Asylum. This workout along with proper nutrition defines how to most efficiently get lean and develop your abs. I get on a bit of a soapbox rant at the end of the video. I thought about editing it out, but figured that I'd rather be truthful and leave it in. See for yourself...
