DAY 23 HYBRID - BASE AND BACK - P90X2

I love pull-ups!

Umm, not that kind. I love doing this kind...

 

Okay, getting serious now... Today I did Base and Back from P90X2. I really enjoy this workout. My legs and back are two of my weakest areas. My goal today was to get 30 reps of all the plyo moves and 12 reps of all of the pull-up variations in the first round. Mission accomplished, with the exception of the V-Pulls. I managed to squeak out 8 reps. The V-Pulls are incredibly difficult for me.
