DAY 20 - HYBRID: P90X2 CHEST + BACK + BALANCE


Here's what challenges me the most in this workout:

  • 4-ball push-ups (my goal is to stay on the balls and rep out)
  • The impossible/possible (again, my goal is to stay on the ball and rep out)
  • Double wide pull-ups (super fatigued by this point - need to up my reps)
  • Chattarocker push-ups (this is very hard... my goal is 12 +)
I really enjoy this workout. It is incredibly challenging. The combined synergistic mix of stability, balance and strength requirements really wear you out on a deep, deep level. My core, chest, triceps, lats and shoulders are hammered.
