Cynthia joined me for Day 14 of my hybrid schedule. We did P90X Chest, Shoulders and Triceps. I mixed it up a bit by adding in some balance and ball work, "X2 style". It made for a great workout. I forgot how taxing P90X Classic can be. With the addition of the core engagement from the balance work, I hit muscle failure quite rapidly today!
