Yesterday Cynthia joined me for Day 11 of my hybrid mix. We did The Asylum's "Game Day". It was Cynthia's first time ever doing this workout. She's starting an Asylum Challenge Group on May 14th and wanted to see what this workout entailed.... So, what did she think about it? I'll quote her directly, "This was definitely the most challenging workout for me to date. I took a lot of breaks and continually modified throughout the moves. I would get frustrated at some of the movements in, out and around the ladder. But at the end of the day, I did it. I will do better the next time and then again the next time thereafter. I know one thing - I will be sore tomorrow.... and that is fantastic."
"Game Day", in my opinion, the most difficult workout in the Asylum series. The reason for this is the length of the workout. Coming in at 63 minutes, it will absolutely wear you down.
Today we did "Strength". My personal goal was to get more reps on the pyramid pull-up/push-up sequence. I was able to increase to 6 reps today! This is a hard workout, but so rewarding once you get through it.

Now - time to enjoy the rest of the day. Happy Saturday!
