Day 11 - Chest, Back & Balls - One on One Vol. 3

Tonight I joined Todd Midgett for "Chest, Back & Balls" from Tony Horton's One on One, Vol. 3 series. This workout is the precursor to "Chest, Back & Balance" from P90X2 and it was another killer routine. I feel off my balls! The honest truth is that I find the One on One workouts to be much more difficult and strenuous than the new P90X2 program. Tony does not hold anything back. My suggestion is to modify as needed and develop the strength and endurance necessary to become proficient with these workouts. I personally need to work on the "impossible - possible". Keep pushing play and you will improve over time. Use these DVD's often in your hybrid schedules and your fitness level will exponentially accelerate.
