DAY 10: X2 CORE & BENEFITS OF POST-WORKOUT NUTRITION


Why is post-workout nutrition so important? Why is a drink like P90X Results And Recovery formula so beneficial?

  • Anaerobic workouts burn blood sugar and glycogen. (After a hard workout your muscles are primed for replenishment of glycogen stores.)
