Base & Back With Todd Midgett!
Day 9 of my hybrid:
I altered my current schedule because I had the opportunity to workout with my friend Todd Midgett. Both Todd and I are currently doing hybrid programs. This makes jumping in on his schedule super easy as it fits in perfectly with my current fitness goals. Joining Todd ramps up the muscle confusion and working out together is always great. He likes to work as hard as I do. We have a lot of fun pushing each other. Tonight we did "Base and Back" from Tony Horton's "One on One - Vol. 3" series. This was a first for me and I loved this workout. It was hardcore plyometric and pull-up exercises. "Base and Back" is resistance and cardiovascular work at it's finest! Man, I was absolutely worn out after this one.
