Shakeology Pancake Recipes!

Cynthia's favorite Greenberry Shakeology pancake recicpe:
3/4 scoop greenberry, 1/4 cup or a bit less of instant oats, 2 + tsp cinn, handfull frozen blueberries, 1-2 servings egg whites to mix thick like pancake batter. You can even add a little touch of agave to sweeten the batter. Then griddle like pancake. I just load up on cinn and top with fruit of choice to get healthiest sweets. (I am not the best at measuring, so play with the amounts as you like =)


Tropical Shakeology pancake recipe:
1 scoop shakeology, approx. 1/4 cup instant oats, 2+ tsp cinn, handful frozen blueberries, 1-2 servings egg whites to mix thick like pancake. Griddle that puppy just like a pancake and enjoy! (Brett's favorite - but he takes out oats and adds a scoop of flax).



Cynthia loves getting creative with recipe ideas. We both enjoy Shakeology daily and it's a blast to experiment with different ways of consuming it.

Today marked day 8 of my hybrid schedule. I did P90X2 Balance + Power. Prior to working out, I had a tropical Shakeology pancake. Wow! I felt energized and strong for the duration of the entire workout.
