BACK IN THE SADDLE WITH DAY 17 BASE & BACK!
I have not posted in a few days because I had to travel to Canada for a work function. I took my fitness with me though and I didn't miss a beat. I did Insanity's "Pure Cardio" and The Asylum's "Vertical Plyo" while I was away. These workouts fit perfectly into my busy schedule. Both routines are short and sweet at around 38 minutes and no equipment necessary to get in a full body, cardio-conditioning workout. I was able to accomplish two killer workouts right in my small hotel room outside of Toronto.
I returned from Canada this afternoon. Day 17 of my hybrid and I did P90X2 "Base & Back". Man, I was worn out from a long day of travel and standing in long lines at the airport. It felt really good to be back home with my wife and cats, in my garage gym and on the pull-up bar. I'm going to sleep like a baby tonight!
