So, after Todd Midgett and I nearly killed each other doing The Asylum's "Strength" workout last night I woke up this morning completely sore and dead-dog tired. The last thing that I wanted to do was a P90X2 workout (especially one as tough as P.A.P Lower). I thought to myself, "Do I really have to do this"?
Feeling DeNiro's laser like accountability stare piercing through my soul, I thought to myself, "Yes... I really have to do this because I am 100% committed to my P90X2 schedule".
Well, I did it. It wasn't pretty. It certainly wasn't my best performance. However, I am proud of myself because I followed through on my commitment. Commitment followed up by consistent action is the key to success in life, fitness and health. This is something that I am beginning to truly understand more and more. This understanding is empowering and freeing.

Happy weekend friends! Tonight after work Cynthia and I are going to dig into some healthy and wholesome turkey meatloaf from Earthfare and enjoy a cold craft beer.
