P90X2 PAP Upper! Increased My Weight & Reps!
Yesterday, my wife Cynthia joined me for P90X2 PAP Upper! I love working out with her. Her energy and enthusiasm is contagious. She always pushes beyond my threshold. This was my second time doing this routine. I knew exactly what weights to use and had a goal in mind for the number of reps that I wanted to achieve for each exercise. I was also very much aware of the areas that I had struggled with earlier in the week. Therefore, I knew the exact points of the routine where I needed to dig deep and challenge myself to push even harder. All of this made for a geat workout!
