Today was my second time doing P90X2 P.A.P. LOWER and I made some breakthroughs! I was very excited to do this workout again. There's always a learning curve (mentally and physically) with any new workout routine. My first time through this workout was no exception. Today, I went into this 100% prepared! I understood the movements, what weights I should use, where my rep range should be, and how to combine these three factors to really push myself hard. This was a very challenging workout!
