P90X2 P.A.P. UPPER - 3RD TIME & GETTING STRONGER!

This is my kind of workout period! I love fast paced circuit style body-weight/resistance workouts. The P.A.P phase of P90X2 defines efficiency! You simultaneously increase your overall strength and endurance.
