Day 3 - HYBRID SCHEDULE: PLYO LEGS



Day 3 of my hybrid schedule and I took on Tony Horton's "Plyo Legs" from his One on One series - Volume 1.

My upper body is dreadfully sore after doing "30/15 - Upper Body Massacre" last night. Thankfully, this workout is solely focused on the lower half of the body. This was another killer workout. "Plyo Legs" shreds your legs and glutes just as much as "Upper Body Massacre" shreds your chest, shoulders and back. I highly doubt that I will be able to walk normally tomorrow morning!
