Day 2 of my hybrid routine - I joined Todd Midgett for an upper body massacre. Seriously, this is a killer routine. We did 30/15 from Tony Horton's "One on One - Volume 1" series. OUCH! This is nothing but push-ups and pull-ups. I am going to be very sore tomorrow.
