DAY 1 - HYBRID SCHEDULE: P90X2 BALANCE & POWER

Here we go!

Today was the first day of my P90X2 / ASYLUM / INSANITY Hybrid schedule. I did "Balance + Power" from P90X2. I forgot how difficult the "crawly crab press" was.
