DAY 4 - HYBRID SCHEDULE: X2 CORE

What I love most about a hybrid schedule is the variety of the routines. Most importantly, I get to pick from all of my favorite workout programs (P90X, P90X +, One on One series, Insanity, The Asylum). This way my fitness never gets stale. Muscle confusion rules the day with a good hybrid mix! I'm a fit guy. I have been doing Beachbody workouts for 4 years now. I like to workout hard. The cool thing about a hybrid mix is that you perform exercises that you might not have touched in over a year. This week, with my current schedule, I feel like I've never worked out a day in my life! I'm just as sore today as I was on day 4 of P90X back in March of 2008. I am getting into workouts that I haven't done in 10-12 months and man do I feel it. My chest, shoulders, triceps, biceps, hamstrings, glutes, quads and calves are unbelievably sore.

I did something more familiar today: X2 Core

Honestly, this was all that I had energy for. I needed the long warm-up, stretch and foam rolling and long cool-down stretch with the stability ball. I was ready for a good core workout and I got it.
