P90X2 PHASE 3 - P.A.P. LOWER!



Today begins Phase 3 of P90X2 and my first time trying P.A.P Lower!

All I can say is that my legs and glutes are cooked! I'm going to be very sore tomorrow. This one is tough. It combines plyometric's mixed with strength and endurance training.
