Wow! This is a great routine.
I love to work my upper body. I especially enjoy power circuit routines that simultaneously build endurance as well as strength. PAP Upper delivers! This workout exposed how weak my low back is (check out the superman's in the video below). I have a lot of room for improvement and I look forward to hitting this workout hard again on Saturday. I hope to increase my weights/reps and length of time holding the isometric postures.
