INSANITY THE ASYLUM VOLUME 2: DAYS 4 - 8..
So, you want to get in serious shape? Insanity The Asylum Volume 2 will do it! I am having so much fun with this program. I'm now on day 9 and well into my second week. The agility sequences are becoming more familiar and as a result I am able to push harder than in week 1. Shaun T. has outdone himself and I can honestly say that this is his best program yet. It is functional, healthy, challenging as hell, and entertaining.
