BODY BEAST - P90X2 HYBRID: DAY 1 - PAP UPPER
As the man himself, Tony Horton, would say "HELLO"!
Today was day 1 of my Body Beast - P90X2 hybrid schedule and I did "PAP Upper". Man, felt like I was home again. P90X2 is such a challenging, healthy, functional, core-centric program. This was a great workout! It had been 4-5 months since I did this last and I noticed that I was stronger after completing the Body Beast program. I increased both my weights and reps.
