The main difference with the "Beast Phase" vs. the "Build & Bulk Phases" of the Body Beast are the increase in cardio and abominal workouts. The "Beast Phase" is all about shredding fat and getting ripped. You substantially decrease your daily caloric intake and reduce carbohydrate consumption. This combined with the increase in metabolic conditioning from "Beast Cardio & Abs" produces serious results!
