BODY BEAST DAY 20



Uh oh, it's time for "Legs" again. I know that I've said this before, but this is a brutal workout. It will annihilate your quads, hamstrings, glutes and calves! It feels as if you're doing a million non-stop lunges. This workout requires focus, discipline and determination. It maximizes your strength training and cardio conditioning in only 40 minutes. You will literally have nothing left if you push yourself correctly. I'm always sore for at least 4-5 days afterwards. Body Beast, "Legs" just flat out hammers you. It will tear you down and build you up.
