BODY BEAST BULK BACK - DAY 34
Bulk Back - My weights were right, the garage was hot, my form felt fluid and I had a great workout today.
Tip - The Bulk phase workouts are short and efficient. Watch the DVD's prior to working out. Be prepared because the Bulk phase workouts move very fast. You'd better be conditioned anaerobically. Have your weights lined up and ready to go. Place your weights carefully so you don't create a tripping hazard. Understand the sequence of dynamic sets, listen to Sagi's queuing, fuel your body and mind correctly and GO!
