Starting this Thursday, 6/28/12, I will begin the 90 Day Body Beast workout program. I've decided to do the lean schedule.
My goal:
- Decrease my body fat percentage by 2-4% and increase my lean muscle mass by 7-10lbs.
I commit to following the workout schedule and nutrition plan as closely as possible. The Beast is different from any other Beachbody program that I've done to date. This is all about serious heavy weightlifting and body composition change. I am going to put this program to the test and see if it's legit. I'll do my part and follow the program in it's entirety (that means Fitness + Nutrition). I'm very excited and honestly looking forward to doing something that is out of my comfort zone and totally new for me. Like Tony Horton always says, "Variety is the spice of life"!
While at Summit I had the opportunity to meet Sagi Kalev, the creator of Body Beast. Sagi truly is a gentleman and a scholar. He was incredibly polite, humble and genuine. He is also very knowledgeable and scientific with respect to nutrition, supplementation and exercise.

I invite you to follow my progress over the next 90days. I will share my videos and blog about it daily. As always, I will keep it 100% honest and let you know exactly what I think. I'll share all of my successes, struggles and opinions.
I will be starting up monthly challenge groups and invite you to join me. Let's do this together. We'll support and push each other to do our best everyday.
