BODY BEAST - DAY 1: LEAN SCHEDULE



Wow! Day 1 of the Beast and I feel as if I've been hit by a freight train. I did "Chest and Tris". If this workout is any indication of the rest of the program, I am guaranteed results. This is hardcore body composition, change producing, sweat inducing, muscle pump working out at it's best! As long as I do my part, (push to failure during workouts + proper nutrition), there is no doubt I will see results.
