I'm entering a recovery/transition week for my current P90X hybrid schedule. I did X2's Total Body. I struggle with the balance component of the workout. I find that core engagement is crucial and cheating your way through the movements becomes an impossibility due to the way that the individual exercises are structured.
This means you will work and work hard. Core engagement and activating you primary and secondary muscles simultaneously is the magic in P90X2. It works. It produces dramatic changes in body composition, strength, balance and endurance.
