DAY 2 HYBRID - PLYOCIDE!



Rocked Plyocide! My goal was to keep up with Mark Briggs!

Tip: to get the most out of this workout don't hold anything back. Give 100% energy, and explosive effort to each exercise and this workout will smoke you! I was drenched and completely wiped out after this one.
